Black Dragons
The Black Dragons Erfurt are an ice hockey club from Erfurt. They play in the Oberliga, the third-highest ice hockey league in Germany. The club is rooted in Erfurt’s long ice hockey tradition and continues it as the successor to the city’s earlier ice hockey teams. The Black Dragons play their home games at the Eissportzentrum Erfurt, located on Arnstädter Straße – a venue with historical significance for ice hockey in the city, as already mentioned. The club is known for its dedicated fan base and its contribution to the local sports culture.
At the Black Dragons, anyone who enjoys ice hockey is warmly welcome. Would your child like to actively play ice hockey? Then come along for a trial training session! During the first 3 to 4 weeks, children and their parents can find out whether ice hockey is the right sport for them. During this time, children can take part in the skating school training sessions with no obligation. After this introductory phase, it should be clear for every child whether ice hockey is the best sport of all for them. If so, nothing stands in the way of a membership. Please note that suitable equipment is also required for the trial training.
