Warehouse expansion: new sheet metal storage, expanded pallet storage & modern electric forklift
More capacity, more efficiency, more sustainability
In 2024, we made targeted investments in expanding our sheet metal storage and our pallet storage for spinning tools, as well as in modern, sustainable conveyor technology. The goal was to further expand our storage capacity, shorten delivery times, and make internal processes even more efficient.
New Mitsubishi electric forklift – 5.5 tons, 80V, fully electric
With the new Mitsubishi electric four-wheel forklift (5.5 t | 80V), we now work electrically and almost silently. No more hauling gas cylinders, no more reordering propellant gas – instead, low-emission, efficient work indoors and outdoors.

Expansion of our sheet metal storage – 85 cassette storage spaces
As part of the modernization, we converted our entire sheet metal storage to cassette storage plates.
This now gives us around 85 storage spaces for large-format sheets (LF). This structure ensures:

New Euro pallet storage for spinning tools – 300 storage spaces
While we were at it, we also completely renewed our Euro pallet storage for spinning tools.
We now have around 300 storage spaces for tools available. The new storage structure ensures:

ACQUISITION OF A COSTA MD4 1150 CVC DEBURRING MACHINE

New deburring technology with the Costa MD4 1150 CVC
In May 2023, we expanded our machinery with a modern deburring machine: the Costa MD4 1150 CVC from manufacturer COSTA.
This investment significantly expands our manufacturing capabilities. The machine is suitable for processing steel, stainless steel, brass, and aluminum, and offers a wide range of surface finishing technologies.
These include rounding off sharp edges created during laser cutting, deburring, brushing, removing oxide layers, eliminating surface scratches, and polishing components.
With the Costa MD4 1150 CVC, we improve not only surface quality but also the reproducibility and efficiency of our products – another step toward modern, high-quality metalworking.

We have invested in our second laser from Mazak, a Mazak 6 kW Fiber.
We cut up to 25 mm steel and stainless steel, 20 mm aluminum, and 15 mm copper and brass.

Construction of the hall begins
With a slight delay, the next construction phase is now beginning – erecting the hall.
Over the coming days, the steel structure, made up of 80 tons of steel,
will be assembled step by step and welded to the foundation anchor plates.

The Foundation
In the past few weeks, a lot has happened.
We took advantage of the beautiful summer weather to optimally prepare the ground for the start of construction on the production and administration building.
For a stable foundation, reinforcing steel cages were placed and fixed into the ground.
The anchor plates were then welded onto the cages. Finally, the ground structure was filled with concrete… and the foundation was complete.

Every detail was considered in the construction planning. Work on the parking areas and the excavations for the flagpoles is already in full swing.

THE LIME LAYER
For optimal stabilization, a layer of lime is milled 40 cm deep into the ground and then smoothed.
This soil-lime mixture creates a solid base for our new production hall.
